Carlos has been with Pacific Green since 2014 serving multi-unit communities and commercial complexes with care and expertise. Carlos holds a certificate in Ornamental Horticulture and Hydraulics of Irrigation from Cuyamaca College. He is also certified as a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper and a Certified Landscape Technician. The Plumeria plant is his favorite for the many different varieties and colors it offers. When Carlos isn’t serving his clients, he loves spending time with the family taking trips to the desert and trying his hand at smoking meats.

Nancy holds a dual Associates degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design and Technology from Cuyamaca College. She is a C-27 licensed landscape contractor, holds a California Water Distribution Certification (D2) and a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper Certification (QWEL). Nancy manages a small portfolio of work and consults with a myriad of PGL clients on design and enhancement projects. Her plant knowledge, design software expertise and creativity is second to none!
Brett Tomczyk

Brett, a Pennsylvania native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Marywood University. Before joining PGL in 2019, Brett cut his teeth working with a San Diego landscape design-build firm, where his focus on the design and construction of landscape plans helped contribute to his irrigation management skillset and his knowledge of plant materials that are conducive to our So Cal climate. Brett is loving his move to San Diego and spends time running, kayaking and cycling.

Junior has amassed several promotions throughout his 15 year tenure with PGL, which is a credit to his hard work and dedication. Junior is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), a Reclaimed Water Supervisor, and is currently working towards his Water Management Certification through the California Landscape Contractors Association. His knowledge of irrigation systems is an invaluable resource to our company and clients alike. Our resident bass player can be found rocking out on stage most weekends, playing in a popular Mexican band.
Lorenzo Ramirez

Lorenzo is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL). He also holds a Pesticide Applicators License and is a Recycled Site Supervisor for recycled water. Lorenzo joined the PGL family in 2017 after 14 years in the industry. His leadership qualities and attention to detail earned him a quick promotion from Production Manager to Account Manager. Lorenzo favors the Orange Jubilee plant for its beautiful flower and year round beauty. In his free time, Lo loves to fish and enjoys drawing.
Shawn Charles

Shawn has been in the landscape industry since 1995 and enjoys mentoring his less seasoned colleagues. In addition to being a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Shawn has served as a judge in the testing portion of the program for a number of years. He is a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) and has earned an OSHA 10 certification, which is specific to OSHA laws in the landscape industry. Shawn’s favorite plant is Quercus Agrifolia and Plumeria for the nice smelling flowers as well as Agave for its versatility. Tuning in to old Kung Fu movies, having Nerf gun wars, cooking and hanging out with family are his preferred pastimes.
Bill Harvey

Bill is a seasoned veteran in the local landscape industry and joined PGL in 2020 with over 40 years of experience. His expertise ranges from maintenance, to design and construction. As a student at Mesa and Grossmont College in San Diego, Bill studied Turf Management and Business. He holds Certified Landscape Technician, Certified Storm Water Prevention and Certified Reclaim Water Supervisor certifications. Bill’s favorite part of his career is mentoring his colleagues and educating his clients. When off the clock, his weekends are filled with bass fishing for that prized trophy fish, playing his guitar or taking a road trip.

A North Carolina native, Gregg began his career in golf course construction and transitioned into landscape management after moving to Southern California chasing his dreams of surfing, rock climbing and camping. He holds an Associates degree in Turfgrass Management from North Carolina State University and joined Pacific Green Landscape in 2020. Gregg’s favorite plant is the Jacaranda tree because of the spring bloom, his favorite time of year.

Jose has served 5 of the last 7 years at Pacific Green overseeing the construction division at Pacific Green. He is a reclaimed water supervisor and favors the Abelia Grandiflora for its beauty and gentleness. Recently married, Jose loves spending time with his family and playing soccer.
